We do not backup your servers as part of our normal service.

If you would want us to backup your server, this is an optional service that we provide for a fee.

You may enable backups on any of our servers during the setting process.

Yes, we provide free DDoS protection. We have several DDoS mitigation mechanisms in place, including ones at the carrier level. Should you ever be the victim of a DDoS assault, our DDoS Protection service provides 24/7/365 support.

Dedicated Servers

Our data centre was designed with security in mind.

The data centre is surrounded by walls and gates. The main building has several security points and modern controlled access systems.

CCTV surveillance, motion detection, and security guards are on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

You are allowed to install whatever you want on your servers, including your own operating system, as long as it is legal and adheres to our terms and conditions (T&Cs).

We offer you with a KVMoIP session that allows you to connect to your own servers.

We may even be able to install it for you if you give us the installation instructions. If you want us to install it for you, please contact us to discuss the specifics.

In certain situations, migration assistance may be provided, but we urge that you contact us first to discuss the scope of the move and if it is covered by our level of service.
