By using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions set out in this agreement, which take effect on the day you buy services from MyPerWeb. This agreement governs your use of MyPerWeb’s Services and is the entire agreement between you and MyPerWeb about the Services.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions included in this agreement, as well as any new, modified, or additional terms, conditions, or policies that MyPerWeb may create and publish on its website from time to time.

The Service

MyPerWeb has the right to deny a customer’s request for services or products.

MyPerWeb retains the right to conduct scheduled maintenance on all services supplied to the client and, to the extent feasible, will notify the customer in advance.

The client is responsible for providing a legitimate name, address, telephone number, and email contact address to MyPerWeb. The client must notify MyPerWeb within three days of any changes to their contact information.

Unless otherwise specified, the service provided by MyPerWeb is unmanaged; although the business will make reasonable efforts to offer assistance for third-party software and programmes, no assurance is given about the degree of support provided by MyPerWeb for any third-party software.

Any issues created by the customer to the service (including, but not limited to, deletion of essential operating system files, inadvertent or deliberate infection by a virus/Trojan) may incur additional costs.

MyPerWeb shall have the right upon prior written notice to relocate the customer equipment. In the event of an emergency, MyPerWeb may relocate the customer equipment within such time as may be reasonable and without prior written notice as the circumstances reasonably warrant.

Payment and Termination

The Customer shall pay the prices for the services specified on the invoice.

Our pricing is shown in GBP currency disregarding the location you access the website from.  However, invoices may be issued in currencies requested by clients, i.e. USD, EUR, CAD, HUF, HKD, BRL, SGD, QAR etc, and paid with debit or credit cards.

We accept Visa and Mastercard.

The client must provide at least three days notice of cancellation prior to their billing anniversary date. This notice will be sent by email to or by recorded post to MyPerWeb registered office address.

MyPerWeb shall be entitled thirty days before and at any time after the expiry of the service term to increase service charges for a service upon thirty days written notice to the customer.

Unless otherwise stated in an alternate agreement, MyPerWeb will charge the client fourteen days prior to the service renewal date.

MyPerWeb requires all invoices to be paid within fourteen days of creation unless another agreement is in place between MyPerWeb and the customer.

MyPerWeb has the right to stop and/or disconnect any services provided to a client whose bills are past due.

MyPerWeb has the right to deny customers access to their equipment or data if their payments are past due.

Interest shall accrue on overdue invoices from the due date until payment (whether before or after judgment) at the rate of 1.5% per month. Interest shall accrue not withstanding termination of this agreement or any service for whatever reason.

All sums due to MyPerWeb are exclusive of value added tax and any other applicable sales tax or duty which shall be invoiced and payable at the then prevailing rate.

The customer hereby acknowledges and agrees that its obligations to pay all amounts and charges due hereunder, and the rights of MyPerWeb to such payments shall be absolute, unconditional and irrevocable and shall not be affected by any circumstances of any character, including, without limitation, any set-off, abatement, counterclaim, suspension, recoupment, reductions, rescission, defence or other right or claim that customer may have against MyPerWeb.

MyPerWeb will not be able to give a refund for services previously supplied to the customer if the service is terminated.

Any billing disputes must be sent to MyPerWeb within three days of the invoice due date.

Service Suspension

In the event that: MyPerWeb has the right to terminate this agreement or service; or MyPerWeb is required to comply with a government order, instruction or request, emergency services, MyPerWeb may, in its sole discretion and without prejudice to any right it may have to terminate this agreement or service, decide to immediately suspend any service until further notice.

MyPerWeb has the right to temporarily stop a service in order to perform any required network or service equipment maintenance.

If the suspension is implemented as a result of the customer’s breach, fault, act, or omission, the customer shall reimburse MyPerWeb for all reasonable costs and expenses incurred in the implementation of the suspension and/or resumption of service provision, and MyPerWeb may recover any other losses suffered as a result of such breach, fault, act, or omission.

Any correspondence between MyPerWeb and the client is kept completely private. Disclosure of telephone calls, quotations, email communication between the parties to media organisations, other businesses, discussion forums or any other third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate service suspension.


The customer agrees to fully indemnify and keep MyPerWeb, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, partners, employees and agents fully indemnified from and against all actions, demands, costs (on a full indemnity basis), losses, penalties, damages, liability, claims and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees) whatsoever incurred by it or them and arising from any of the following:

Customers’ violation of contract and/or this agreement, as well as their carelessness or other act, omission, or default;

The functioning or breakdown of any customer-owned or used equipment or software, but not the hardware or software;

Customers’ usage of or abuse of services;

Third-party rights are being infringed on by the consumer (whether intentionally or unintentionally) (including without limit IPRs).


The client understands that the contract’s risk allocation represents the amount paid for the services, hardware, and software, and that MyPerWeb has no influence over how or for what reasons they are used. If any exclusion or limitation of responsibility in the contract is found to be invalid, MyPerWeb’s liability will be limited to the amount paid by the client for the services.

MyPerWeb shall have no liability to the customer for any loss resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, out of sequence, or in the wrong form material, data, or instructions supplied by the customer or on its behalf, whether digitally or otherwise, or arising from late arrival or non-arrival or any other fault by the customer or on its behalf. No action, claim or demand arising out of or in connection with the contract or this agreement may be brought by the customer against MyPerWeb more than one year after the cause of action has occurred.

MyPerWeb is not liable for any delays, malfunctions, non-performance, or other degradation of performance of any of the services, hardware, or software caused by or resulting from any alteration, modification, or amendments due to changes and specifications requested or implemented by the customer, whether or not beyond those already provided.

Neither MyPerWeb nor anyone else who has been involved in the creation, production or supply of the services, hardware or software shall be liable to the customer or any other person for any loss in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise howsoever and whatever the cause thereof by reason of or in connection with this agreement, the contract or the services, hardware or software for any:

economic loss of any type, including loss of profit, data, business contracts, revenues, or expected savings, as well as harm to the customer’s reputation or goodwill, loss arising from any third-party claim, and special, indirect, or consequential loss or damage of any kind.

The customer shall indemnify MyPerWeb from and against any claim which may be made against MyPerWeb in respect thereof. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or of liability for consequential or incidental damages and therefore the above may not apply to the customer.

Hardware Replacement Guarantee

MyPerWeb tries to keep the hardware used to offer its services in good working order, and any downtime caused by hardware failure will be reimbursed in accordance with this agreement. MyPerWeb keeps a stock of all the hardware required to deliver the services. MyPerWeb agrees to repair any and all significantly faulty hardware within one hour of being aware of such considerable malfunction.

The amount of time for hardware replacement shall be measured from the moment MyPerWeb determines that the hardware must be replaced and does not include time spent diagnosing the problem, researching other solutions, investigating the cause of the failure, or installing software, restoring backups, or other, similar situations.
